We're so excited!!! Remember sweet Goldie, the 15 year old pup who was returned to the shelter from which she had been adopted 14 years earlier, with the instructions to "put her down because she is old." A volunteer saw her, called us, and instead of being put down, Goldie came to Lily's Legacy.
| Now just 5 weeks later, she has moved on - into the perfect forever home, with mom and dad, Julia and Robert, and her canine sister, Sheila, whom she loves. Dad, Robert, reports that she is doing "Absolutely WONDERFUL!! Goldie is the SWEETEST pup one could ever ask for! Everything is going along perfectly!!" These cute pix show Mom, Dad and our wonderful foster, Jody, saying goodbye to sweet Goldie, and of her settled in her car for the ride to her new home. Yahoo, another happy ever after tail!
